A copy of your insurance policy will need to be given to your guide by the time of your final payment (Friday, April 8th). Failure to do so will mean exclusion from the trip. Please ensure you have your policy number and emergency telephone number for your insurance company. If this is unavailable please ensure you have the necessary information required by your insurance company in case of an emergency.
If you have credit card insurance your group leader will require details of the participating insurer/underwriter, the level of coverage, policy number and emergency contact number rather than the bank's name and credit card details. Please contact your bank for these details prior to arriving in-country.
We also recommend you take out cancellation insurance. This may cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances if you have to cancel your trip unexpectedly due to illness, injury or unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately cancellation insurance will not cover you if you change your mind
